Our tours run rain or shine (so please dress accordingly). We only cancel tours in the event of unsafe weather conditions. Should this occur, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to change the tour route in case of unexpected circumstances.

If you wish to cancel your SMALL GROUP tour you will receive a full refund (minus the 6% booking fee which is non-refundable) with more than 48 hours notice of cancellation. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour start time (Vienna local time) will be charged full price.

If you wish to cancel your PRIVATE tour you will receive a full refund (minus the 6% booking fee which is non-refundable) with more than 7 days notice of cancellation. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund or 50% future travel credit. All sales are final within 48 hours (Vienna local time) of the tour date including late arrivals and no-shows, and we will charge a 100% fee.

If you wish to reschedule their small group tour within 24 hours of the scheduled departure - private tour within 48 hours (Vienna local time), please contact us at info.wolfysadventures@gmail.com to check our availability. Should we have places and guides available , you'll be charged a rescheduling fee of 25 EUR/person. Please note that Wolfy's Adventures does not guarantee rescheduling of any tour less than 24/48 hours before the scheduled departure time. No refund is provided for any unused portion of a tour.

The value of your transaction may be subject to taxes, duties, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on wolfysadventures.com, and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees.
